Birra e Griglia Fest is the most important event dedicated to the excellence of the local culinary tradition of southern Italy.
For the 2020 edition, Chip&Byte was entrusted with the task of producing and building the identity of the festival itself, planning a marketing strategy and taking care of the creation and development of all visual elements and communication tools.
We started with brand and coordinated image, developing a concept that reflected the event’s informal and easy going tone of voice, adaptable also to all forms of a multi-platform communication.
Following that we focused on the identification and selection of target groups of companies and high profile customers interested in joining the project, presenting them with the format and discussing with them the commercial details.
Concluding, we took care of advertising and promotional campaigns gaining full coverage on: Media, Radio Broadcast and Social Networks.
The event's communication plan, consisting of coordinated and multi-platform marketing, took care of all the aspects of branding. From the custom made materials, that we first envisioned and then realised, up to the promotion of the event on both mainstream and social media taking advantage of dedicated accounts and "ad-hoc" content.
