The Challenge

Nuova Sicilauto is the main official dealer for FCA Group in Sicily (italy) providing, in addition to the selling of new and used cars, post sale assistance, spare parts, and mechanical support. Chip&Bite was entrusted to assist in advertising and promoting their new car rental service. Finding effective marketing solutions in order to pursue targeted advertising while seeking direct contacts with new customers within, and beyond, their current area of operations.

Solution

In order to meet the requirements of the challenge, the new proprietary brand needed to be independent but at the same time consistent with the high-end automotive firms represented by the customer, generating additional value for the customer and laying the basis for their loyalty.


Chip&Byte's focus was the creation of a brand for the new rental service of our customer. We achieved this by bringing to light a new website and Facebook page alongside with a comprehensive editorial plan to fit the above mentioned.

Finally we structured a "funnel" leading to a landing page (boosted by Google and Facebook ads) Where we mixed the parent company's commercial offers with custom tailored deals for the potential customer.

Results

The data analysis concerning improvement in both brand "creativity" and landing page, joined with a marketing strategy that fully exploited the potential of lead generation tools provided by Facebook and Google Ads, brought in just a few months, to triple the amount of engagement from clients towards our customer's services, with the added benefits of cutting down the cost while boosting the effective value of the Ads.
